Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka is the Founder and Lead Partner of MR & Associates, a distinguished Practicing Company Secretary and Insolvency Professional with over three decades of experience. A highly qualified professional, he holds degrees in M.Com, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds postgraduate diplomas in Financial Management (PGDFM) and Personnel Management (PGDPC).Under his visionary leadership, MR & Associates has grown into a respected and reputed consultancy firm offering end-to-end solutions in Corporate Law and Insolvency matters. He is widely acknowledged for his strategic thinking, commitment to excellence, and ability to drive results in today’s dynamic and competitive corporate landscape.
Mr. Goenka specializes in corporate legal advisory, secretarial services, and consultancy on matters relating to the Companies Act, with a particular focus on issues of oppression and mismanagement, liquidation, mergers, demergers, amalgamations, takeovers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. He also actively handles complex matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP).
He regularly appears and represents clients before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Regional Directors (RD), Registrars of Companies (ROC), RBI and Stock Exchanges.
A dynamic trainer and sought-after speaker, Mr. Goenka has been invited as an Honorary Guest Speaker at various seminars and workshops conducted by leading professional bodies such as ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, and their regional chapters and study circles and had so far addressed approximately 500 plus workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs and webinars organized by ICSI, ICAI and ICWAI, several other professional forums. His sessions are known for simplifying complex legal concepts and providing practical insights.
