She possesses strong practical expertise in the incorporation of companies and LLPs and ensures seamless compliance with all applicable corporate regulations. Her responsibilities span across corporate restructuring, secretarial audits, internal audits, buyback of shares, and advisory on the accounting treatment of transactions. In addition to secretarial responsibilities, she independently oversees the firm’s accounts, including GST, professional tax, and overall financial administration. She is well-versed in XBRL filings and handles a wide array of compliance matters with precision, reliability, and dedication. Known for her responsible, efficient, and solution-oriented approach, she undertakes diverse assignments and delivers with professionalism. She also plays an instrumental role in mentoring junior team members, contributing actively to the firm’s knowledge-sharing and collaborative work culture.
