Her domain expertise spans Corporate Laws, Secretarial Compliance, SEBI Regulations, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Demergers, Liquidation, Preferential Allotments, Buy-back of Securities, and other complex transaction-based assignments. She has deep expertise in legal drafting and vetting of a wide spectrum of documents, including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory applications, and petitions—ensuring legal soundness, strategic alignment, and enforceability. Her ability to tailor legal documentation to nuanced business models makes her a trusted advisor for transaction structuring and risk mitigation. In the sphere of litigation and regulatory representation, she is extensively involved in providing comprehensive support and advocacy before adjudicating and appellate forums.
